    S1R6PPT 6 inch FRPT Pre-pour Tube, includes hardware 6 inch FRPT Pre-pour Tube is used when concrete is poured to form a 6 diameter hole. Good for one use only.
    S1R6ADMTBK Abandonment Plate, black finish Abandonment Plate is mounted to the S1R6PTFIT fitting if the fitting is no longer active. It also can be used before activation when certificate of occupancy is needed. The Plate maintains UL two hour fire-rating and complies to with UL514A Scrubwater requirements.
