A new hospital-grade receptacle design with an illuminated face helps healthcare professionals quickly identify active circuits in case of a power failure. The receptacles from Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems shows powered devices in critical care applications.

The illuminated face means no mistaking that a receptacle has power. When critical care equipment is plugged in, the LED light remains visible. This upgraded design is more effective than single point LEDs, which can be covered by the plug. It also functions as a nightlight.

These illuminated receptacles are also connectorized to reduce installation time. Part of the SNAPConnect® line, they feature a modular terminal design instead of pigtails. The clear terminal housing has no exposed live parts. Receptacles install with an audible snap to indicate a secure connection.

Our new illuminated receptacle line is perfect for hospitals and healthcare facilities with critical care applications that require 100% reliable power. These tamper-resistant devices are hospital-grade NEC Compliant. They are available in white, gray, ivory or red.
